Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings, coordinating conference room bookings as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
  • Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors regarding company services and procedures.
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges).
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Support other departments with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
