Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and clients, and direct them appropriately.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior receptionist or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and phone systems.
