Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain an organized reception area.
  • Handle mail distribution and document management.
  • Support administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office equipment (e.g., printers).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A friendly demeanor and ability to multitask effectively.
