Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct visitors in a friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
  • Maintain reception area cleanliness
  • Assist with administrative tasks and office coordination

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in administration is a plus
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Previous reception or front desk experience preferred
