School Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and provide them with appropriate directions or information.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage student attendance records and ensure that absences are recorded correctly.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and communications.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Assist in the coordination of school events and meetings.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite).
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
