Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a warm and friendly manner.
• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
• Check on customers regularly to ensure they are enjoying their meals and address any issues promptly.
• Process payments and handle cash, credit card transactions, and bills.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and workstations.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables, as well as stocking supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all food safety and health regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions accurately.
