School Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet students, parents, and visitors, providing them with necessary information and assistance.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate staff members.
  • Maintain school records and assist with clerical duties.
  • Handle visitor check-ins and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Assist teachers and staff with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
