Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher with lesson plans and instruction.
• Help manage classroom behavior and supervise students.
• Support students individually or in groups.
• Prepare learning materials and classroom displays.
• Participate in school events and meetings.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or relevant education certification.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Patience and a passion for education.
