Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
  • Maintain student attendance records and logs.
  • Assist with school office paperwork and documentation.
  • Coordinate appointments and visitor access.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
