Job Summary:
We are seeking customer-focused Airport Staff to support daily airport operations and assist passengers throughout their travel experience. The ideal candidate will provide professional service while following airport safety, security, and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and general inquiries
- Provide information about airport services and procedures
- Support passenger service and baggage-related activities
- Follow airport safety and security procedures
- Coordinate with airline, ground handling, and airport teams
- Assist with maintaining an organized and efficient passenger area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Previous airport, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred
