Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to assist clients with buying, selling, or leasing residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills and be able to build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in identifying suitable properties
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Prepare property listings and marketing materials
- Communicate with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Negotiate offers and assist with transaction documentation
- Maintain accurate client and property records
- Develop and maintain a network of prospective clients
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant degree is an advantage
- Valid real estate license or registration where required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of the local property market
- Previous real estate or sales experience is preferred
