Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Prior customer service experience is advantageous.
