Barista

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and other beverages.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and taking accurate orders.
• Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating area.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment is a plus.
