Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound and make outbound calls
  • Provide accurate product and service information
  • Log customer interactions in the system
  • Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
