Call Center Agent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries.
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups or marketing campaigns.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain call records and update customer databases.
  • Achieve performance targets set by the team leader.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
