Call Center Agent – Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Resolve issues and provide information clearly and effectively
  • Update customer records in the system
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
  • Meet call handling and customer satisfaction targets

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Quiet work environment and stable internet connection
