Call Centre Agent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Update customer accounts and document call details in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Meet performance metrics such as call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information securely.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
