Call Centre Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up on customer calls as needed.
  • Provide support and assistance to other team members as required.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and call handling metrics.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of company products and services.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in using call centre software and MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
