Customer Service Representative – Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Provide information about products/services and assist with troubleshooting.
  • Meet performance metrics and follow company protocols.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Prior customer service experience is advantageous.
