Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Provide detailed information about our services and assist clients with their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with our services.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Stay updated on company services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a customer service representative or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Friendly and patient demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
