Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately.
  • Document interactions and update customer records in the database.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of inquiries.
