Data Entry Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update client and employee information into databases with high accuracy.
  • Verify data for completeness and correctness, and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
  • Assist in generating reports and data analysis as required.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate data management.
  • Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Respond to information requests from authorized members and clients.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.
