Driver

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a reliable and punctual Driver to join our team. As a Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods, materials, or personnel safely and efficiently to their destinations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate company vehicles to transport goods, materials, or personnel to specified locations.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries or pickups.
• Ensure the safe and timely delivery of products to clients or company locations.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring it is properly secured to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
• Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while driving.
• Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor with clients and colleagues.
• Assist with other tasks as needed, such as warehouse duties or administrative tasks when not driving.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a driver.
• Knowledge of local and regional roadways and routes.
• Ability to operate GPS and other navigation tools.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
