Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Manage visitor check-in and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Assist with student attendance and records management.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Distribute mail, notices, and school communications.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Provide administrative support to the school staff as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
