School Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Manage visitor check-in and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Assist with student attendance and records management.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Distribute mail, notices, and school communications.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
  • Provide administrative support to the school staff as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
