Logistics Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels.
  • Prepare and process shipping documents, including invoices and packing lists.
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers to resolve any issues.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Perform data entry and update logistics databases.
  • Assist with other logistics and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a logistics assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and logistics software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
