Logistics Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and track shipments and deliveries.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and customers regarding logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and returns.
  • Assist in preparing shipping documents and invoices.
  • Resolve delivery and supply chain issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics preferred.
  • Experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
