Logistics Assistant


  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling shipments and deliveries.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
  • Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve any issues related to shipments.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and logistics activities.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, inspecting, and organizing stock.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
  • Analyze and report on logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Follow safety and security procedures to ensure the protection of goods and personnel.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support logistics operations.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of logistics software and systems is a plus.
