School Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage student attendance records and perform data entry.
  • Handle correspondence and distribute mail.
  • Assist with school events and activities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
