Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage student attendance records and perform data entry.
- Handle correspondence and distribute mail.
- Assist with school events and activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
