Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, parents, and students with a professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain records, schedules, and attendance logs.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information about school policies and programs.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in administration preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management systems.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain a calm demeanor in a busy environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
