Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and specials.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle any complaints professionally.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down tables and dining areas.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
