Waiter/Waitress

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to provide efficient food and beverage service to customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a busy hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, provide menus, and assist with seating when required.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen or service team.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and according to service standards.
• Respond to customer questions and requests in a professional manner.
• Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas.
• Process or assist with customer bills and payments as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, polite, and professional approach.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Good teamwork and time-management skills.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred.
