HSE Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible HSE Officer to support health, safety, and environmental standards across workplace operations. The ideal candidate should be attentive to safety requirements, confident in identifying hazards, and capable of promoting safe working practices among employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine workplace inspections and identify potential health and safety hazards.
• Monitor compliance with company HSE policies, procedures, and applicable requirements.
• Support risk assessments and recommend appropriate control measures.
• Investigate and document incidents, accidents, and safety concerns.
• Conduct or assist with safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness activities.
• Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, and related documentation.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of workplace health, safety, and environmental practices.
• Strong observation, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to identify hazards and recommend practical corrective actions.
• Ability to work effectively with employees and management.
• Previous HSE or safety-related experience is preferred.
