Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and courteously.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
  • Assist customers with order placement, account updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive solutions to customer problems.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a customer service representative or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
