Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to assist shoppers, promote products, and support daily store operations. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while helping maintain an organized and welcoming retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and assist with product selection
• Provide accurate product information and recommendations
• Process sales transactions using the POS system
• Restock merchandise and maintain attractive product displays
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
• Support the team in achieving sales and customer service goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and cash handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred
