Teaching Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist the teacher with classroom preparation and lesson planning.
• Support students individually or in small groups with their learning activities.
• Help maintain a safe and productive classroom environment.
• Assist in classroom management and behavior monitoring.
• Prepare learning materials and resources for lessons.
• Accompany students on field trips or other school events.
• Provide support to students with special educational needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (relevant certifications a plus).
• Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Patience and a nurturing attitude toward students.
• Ability to follow directions and work under supervision.
