Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible Pharmacy Sales Assistant to support customers and pharmacy staff with general product inquiries, sales transactions, stock organization, and routine store operations. The ideal candidate will provide courteous service while following pharmacy procedures and referring medication-related questions to qualified professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with general product and store inquiries
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
- Organize and restock approved pharmacy products
- Maintain clean and organized shelves and displays
- Assist with inventory counts and stock records
- Check product labels, packaging, and expiry information as directed
- Refer medication-related questions to the pharmacist or authorized professional
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; pharmacy-related training is an advantage
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer and POS knowledge
- Previous pharmacy, healthcare retail, or customer service experience is preferred
