School Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and handle inquiries.
  • Manage school correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the school calendar.
  • Maintain accurate student attendance records and update databases.
  • Assist with school events, meetings, and other administrative duties as needed.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
