Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and handle inquiries.
- Manage school correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Schedule appointments and manage the school calendar.
- Maintain accurate student attendance records and update databases.
- Assist with school events, meetings, and other administrative duties as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
