Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, and greeting visitors.
- Maintain accurate student records and update databases as needed.
- Support teachers with classroom preparation, material organization, and administrative tasks.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating school events, meetings, and activities.
- Handle student attendance records and reporting.
- Provide support to students and parents with inquiries and concerns.
- Distribute communications and notices to students, parents, and staff.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of school newsletters and bulletins.
- Manage inventory of school supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the school administration.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a school assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and school management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
