Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and managing all logistics activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve any issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics activities.
- Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and packing lists.
- Assist in managing warehouse operations, including organizing and storing inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies.
- Support in the development and implementation of logistics policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the logistics team, including data entry and report generation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a logistics assistant, logistics coordinator, or similar role.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and logistics software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
