Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, both remotely and on-site.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure system security and efficiency.
- Manage user accounts and permissions in various systems.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers and network devices.
- Document and track IT support requests and resolutions.
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies and IT projects.
- Provide training and support to staff on IT systems and software.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in an IT support role or similar position.
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Knowledge of network and system administration.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
