Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist gym members and visitors in a courteous manner.
- Manage membership registrations, renewals, and cancellations.
- Handle inquiries, provide information about gym services, and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of memberships, class schedules, and payments.
- Answer phone calls and manage appointment bookings.
- Process transactions and handle cash or electronic payments.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
- Support gym staff with administrative tasks as needed.
- Promote gym programs and services to members.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using office software and gym management systems.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
