Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support to end-users for IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripheral equipment.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of computer systems and networks.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks.
- Document issues and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist with IT projects and upgrades as needed.
- Provide training and support to users on IT-related topics.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
