Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Airport Staff member to assist with routine airport operations and passenger services. The ideal candidate should communicate clearly, follow operational and safety procedures, and work effectively with passengers and other airport personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with general inquiries and directions within the airport.
- Support check-in, boarding, queue management, or other assigned operational activities.
- Verify relevant travel documents according to assigned duties and established procedures.
- Coordinate with airport teams to support smooth passenger movement and daily operations.
- Provide assistance to passengers who require additional guidance or support.
- Follow airport security, safety, and customer service procedures and report operational concerns.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant aviation or customer service training is preferred.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and courteous approach to passenger service.
- Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures.
- Strong teamwork, punctuality, and time-management skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or airport operations is preferred.
