Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service by assisting with product selection and answering questions.
• Process transactions at the point of sale, including cash handling and credit card processing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is properly labeled.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
• Assist with in-store promotions, events, and product launches.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
• Stay informed about product knowledge and current promotions.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Friendly, outgoing, and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
