Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Airport Staff to assist passengers and support daily airport operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while following airport procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers with routine questions, directions, and airport services.
• Support check-in, boarding, baggage, or other assigned passenger services.
• Verify and process required passenger or operational documents according to procedures.
• Provide accurate information about flights, facilities, and airport services.
• Coordinate with airport teams to address passenger needs and routine issues.
• Follow airport safety, security, and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, courteous, and reliable approach.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn operational systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment.
• Previous airport, aviation, or customer service experience is preferred.
