Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and luggage handling.
- Provide information and guidance to passengers regarding flight schedules, gate locations, and other airport services.
- Ensure security and safety procedures are followed during boarding and disembarkation.
- Assist with wheelchair services and other special needs requests.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service.
- Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure timely flight operations.
- Monitor airport facilities and report any issues to the appropriate department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Previous experience in customer service or airport operations is a plus but not required.
