Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage student attendance records and update the system daily.
- Handle inquiries regarding school policies, events, and schedules.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for school administrators.
- Distribute mail and manage office supplies.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front office area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
