School Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Manage student attendance records and update the system daily.
  • Handle inquiries regarding school policies, events, and schedules.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for school administrators.
  • Distribute mail and manage office supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front office area.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
