Cashier (Part-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide a positive shopping experience.
  • Accurately process cash, credit, and debit card transactions.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and resolve any issues.
  • Count and reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling.
  • Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly.
  • Basic math skills.
