Cashier (Part-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide a positive shopping experience.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or POS systems.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision.
  • Ensure pricing and product information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness.
  • Answer customer questions and address inquiries or concerns.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service preferred.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly and helpful demeanor with a customer-centric attitude.
