Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service. The representative will resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction through phone, email, and chat support.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Document customer interactions and update records.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
