Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch service calls to field personnel.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and estimated arrival times.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, dispatch activities, and field personnel locations.
- Monitor and track the status of ongoing service calls.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Handle emergency and non-emergency calls in a timely manner.
- Provide support and assistance to field personnel as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
