HR Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking an organized HR Assistant to support our human resources department. The HR Assistant will help with recruitment, employee records management, and HR administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Help with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Handle employee inquiries and assist with HR-related tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
