IT Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a knowledgeable IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and maintain our IT systems. The IT Support Specialist will troubleshoot issues, support users, and assist in managing IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
  • Manage network and server infrastructure, ensuring security and performance.
  • Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
