Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors with inquiries.
  • Answer and forward phone calls to the appropriate department.
  • Manage the appointment schedule and coordinate meeting rooms.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office equipment (e.g., phones, printers).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor.
