Virtual Assistant (Remote)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executives’ schedules and appointments.
  • Respond to emails and handle administrative communication.
  • Perform research and prepare detailed reports.
  • Coordinate virtual meetings and events.
  • Handle data entry and documentation tasks.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online tools such as Google Workspace or Zoom.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
