Site Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities at the assigned worksite and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements. The ideal candidate will coordinate workers, monitor progress, and communicate effectively with management and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities and work performed at the site
• Coordinate workers, contractors, and site activities
• Monitor work progress and ensure schedules are maintained
• Ensure work follows approved plans, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Inspect materials, equipment, and completed work
• Maintain site records, reports, and daily activity logs
• Identify and report operational, quality, or safety issues to management

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field
• Previous site supervision or construction experience
• Good knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read basic project plans and technical documentation is preferred
