Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up on customer calls as needed.
- Provide support and assistance to other team members as required.
- Meet or exceed performance targets and call handling metrics.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Continuously develop knowledge of company products and services.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in using call centre software and MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
